Greg Plitt was born on November 3, 1977 in Baltimore, Maryland and was one of four children.As of the beginning of 2015, Greg Plitt was dating public relations and marketing professional Christina Stejskal.

He often filmed workout videos there using the rails to do pushups.Plitt has been featured on the cover of Men’s Workout, Inside Fitness, Men’s Health, Muscle & Fitness and countless other magazines numerous times.He was the first fitness model to cover the same magazine back to back.Plitt was killed on January 17, 2015 after being struck by a Metrolink train in Burbank, California.He was hit by a train in Burbank and was apparently filming with his own camera when he died.
